HashtagCon: TCG runs at two Fairfax County, VA venues. We do everything we can to make sure every collector and player can access the show. Here’s what each venue offers, plus how to reach us if you need anything else.
The mega weekends are at the Sheraton Reston. The list below is the baseline we hold the venue to; hotel-specific accessibility details go up here as we finalize the floor plan. For specifics in the meantime, email us at conventions@hashtagarena.com.
Mobility
- Accessible public entrance and route to registration
- Accessible elevators with lowered buttons
- Accessible guest rooms with 32” clear-width doors
- Roll-in shower and portable shower chairs available
- Grab bars in bathroom; lower or adjustable closet rod
- Lowered thermostat controls and lowered peep hole
- Automatic opening of bedroom door from the inside
- Accessible business center, exercise facility, and registration desk
- Accessible meeting rooms (assistive listening devices on request)
Hearing
- Visual alarms in guestrooms, hallways, and public areas
- Audible alarms
- Doorbell with audio and strobe alert
- Digital alarm clock with sound and strobe light
- Closed captioning on televisions or closed-caption decoders
- TTY available for guest use
- Emergency call button on phone
- Assistive listening devices for meetings on request
Vision
- Braille room numbers
- Lowered emergency evacuation instructions
- Lowered peep hole in door
- Service animals welcome
Parking & Entrance
- Accessible parking spaces in the self-parking facility
- Van-accessible parking in the self-parking facility
- Accessible public entrance from parking
Service animals are welcome at both venues. Pets in general are not allowed on the show floor.

For an accessible route to ballroom/meeting space or other specific paths, contact the hotel front desk in advance. Staff can route you through the accessible elevators and corridors.
Hashtag Gaming Arena is a single-level retail-suite space. Step-free entry from the storefront, accessible restrooms, and open aisles between vendor rows. Free surface parking on site, with rideshare drop-off at the suite entrance.
