Cancellation & refund policy

Plans change. Here's how table-fee cancellations and refunds work, based on how far ahead of show day you cancel:

More than 3 weeks out (21+ days)Full refund of your table fee.
2 to 3 weeks out (14–21 days)50% refund — you forfeit half the table fee.
1 to 2 weeks out (7–14 days)No refund, unless we fill your space — then we refund 50%.
Under 1 week, no-shows, and any request after the showNo refund. No exceptions.
