Most of our vendors buy at their tables as well as sell. Collectors walk the floor looking to liquidate, which is a second income stream from the same table.

The floor clears between Saturday’s blocks, so the second is a new room rather than the same crowd thinned out. Friday evening is vendors, invited guests and staff only. It is not open to ticket holders and it is not sold.

One application per show.
Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We review on a rolling basis and tell you your pay-by date when you are approved. A table is not held until it is paid, and the vendors who pay first get first pick of the floor.
Plans change. Here's how table-fee cancellations and refunds work, based on how far ahead of show day you cancel:
- More than 3 weeks out (21+ days)Full refund of your table fee.
- 2 to 3 weeks out (14–21 days)50% refund — you forfeit half the table fee.
- 1 to 2 weeks out (7–14 days)No refund, unless we fill your space — then we refund 50%.
- Under 1 week, no-shows, and any request after the showNo refund. No exceptions.
