The monthly show is at Hashtag Gaming Arena in Herndon, VA, roughly 25 minutes outside DC and 5 minutes from Dulles International. Mega weekends are at the Sheraton Reston in Reston, VA, where we hold the rooms and sell them ourselves.

The Sheraton Reston anchors all four mega weekends. Fresh off a full $30 million renovation, with 302 redesigned guestrooms and over 18,000 sq ft of function space, including the expanded Grand Ballroom. One mile from the Silver Line Metro (Wiehle-Reston East), eight miles from Dulles International, and steps from the shopping and dining of Reston Town Center.
The show runs in the Grand Ballroom + Ballroom Foyer. Rooms are booked through us, above.

We took the whole room block at the Sheraton Reston, so the rooms are ours and you buy them from us rather than reserving through the hotel. Same building as the show floor. Out-of-market vendors and Golden Ticket Weekend Pass holders, this is for you.

How to land in Herndon.
By Air
Dulles (IAD) is the closest, about 10 minutes from the arena and near most local Fairfax County hotels. Reagan (DCA) is ~30 minutes east; BWI ~50 minutes northeast.
By Car
Off the Dulles Toll Road and the Fairfax County Parkway. Free self-parking at both venues. Rideshare reliable in both directions, even early Saturday for 9 AM early admission.
By Metro
The Silver Line runs to Dulles and the Innovation Center stop. Both are a short rideshare to either venue. Trains run on weekends.
