Every show opens to everyone at 10 AM. At the mega weekend, Saturday runs $15 for Saturday AM (10 AM to 1 PM) and $15 for Saturday PM (2 to 5 PM). The Saturday-night TCG Social and Night Market is free with any show badge, no separate ticket. Or bundle: $25 for Saturday, $20 for Sunday, or $40 for the Weekend Pass. Under 12 free: Children under 12 get in free with a paying adult, at every show. They do not need a ticket.

A free Saturday-night social and night market, 8 – 10 PM, away from the show floor. The space gets announced with the venue. Music, drinks, and a select vendor crew with cultivated product offerings. Casual by design: an evening for vendors and collectors to spend together rather than another trading floor. Tickets are non-refundable, but they're transferable. The QR works for whoever shows up with it. Reach out before the show if there's an issue and we'll do what we can.

After purchase you'll get a unique QR code on the success page (and emailed when wired up). Show it on your phone. Staff scans it once at entry and hands you a wristband. One wristband per ticket.

At the mega weekend, the Saturday show floor clears between blocks: Saturday AM holders sweep out at 1 PM, Saturday PM holders enter at 2 PM, and the after-hours TCG Social opens at 8 PM. To stay on the floor through both blocks, buy Saturday or the Weekend Pass. The TCG Social and Night Market is free with a show badge for either day, no separate ticket.

Cash and a debit/credit card (vendors take both). A backpack or tote for hauls. Sleeves and toploaders if you're hunting raw singles. Most vendors have supplies on hand if you forget.

Yes. Most vendors buy at the table, so bring your binder or a stack and walk the floor. Make a few offers, take the best one.

Slabs, singles, and sealed product for Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Riftbound, and more. Standard tables and an artist row, plus a featured anchor at the mega weekends.

Use the vendor application. A single weekend rate for the mega weekend, reviewed on a rolling basis, and self-serve tables at the Arcade Night Markets.

Two vendor badges per table for the show. If you buy multiple tables, badges scale with them. Four tables, eight badges.

Table-fee cancellations are on a sliding scale, based on how far ahead of show day you cancel:

• The deposit, at any point: Not refunded. It is transferable, so tell us and we will move it to another show.
• More than 3 weeks out (21+ days): Everything you paid beyond the deposit comes back.
• 2 to 3 weeks out (14–21 days): Half of what you paid beyond the deposit comes back.
• 1 to 2 weeks out (7–14 days): No refund, unless we fill your space — then half of what you paid beyond the deposit comes back.
• Under 1 week, no-shows, and any request after the show: No refund. No exceptions.

Mega weekends: Food and drink for the weekend get announced with the venue. The Saturday night market has its own bar. Bar details get announced with the venue. The last one was cash only, so plan on cash until we say otherwise.

Yes. Bring a valid government ID if you plan to drink. The bar IDs at the point of pour, not the door.

Yes. Children under 12 get in free with a paying adult, at every show. They do not need a ticket. That includes every day of the mega weekend. From 12 up they buy a regular ticket. The Saturday TCG Social and Night Market at mega weekends is open to any mega weekend badge holder; you need to be 21+ to drink and IDs are checked at the bar.

Strollers are welcome, but the mega weekend floor gets dense by mid-Saturday; a baby carrier is often easier.

Hashtag Gaming Arena, home of the Arcade Night Markets, has free surface parking on site. Parking for the mega weekend gets announced with the venue, and free self-parking is one of the things we ask for before signing one.

The venue for the next mega weekend is not announced yet, so there is no block to book into. When there is one, or rooms we are holding ourselves, it goes on the Travel and Hotel page when the block goes live.

Dulles (IAD) is the closest, about 10 minutes from the arena and near most local Fairfax County hotels. Reagan (DCA) is ~30 minutes; BWI ~50 minutes.
