Monthly shows are $5 for General Admission (10 AM – 3 PM) and $10 for the Golden Ticket (9 AM early admission). At the mega weekend, Saturday GA runs $15 for the Morning show (10 AM – 1 PM) and $15 for the Afternoon show (2 – 5 PM). The Saturday-night TCG Social is free with any show badge, no separate ticket. Or bundle: $25 for Saturday All Shows, $20 for Sunday, $40 for the Two-Day Pass, or $80 for the Golden Ticket Weekend Pass.

A free Saturday-night after-hours party and casual night market in the Ballroom Foyer, spilling into the courtyard if the weather holds. Cocktail tables, two bars, 8 – 10 PM. Tables stay set, so deals can happen, and the night celebrates the network of amazing vendors and collectors. Less about the hustle and bustle of a show, more about building community. Entry is free with any show badge, no separate ticket, but you do need a badge to get in. 21+.

No, we sell at the door. Advance still pays off at the mega weekend, where capacity matters and the Golden Ticket Weekend Pass is the only ticket with 9 AM early admission on either day.

9 AM early admission to the floor before General Admission opens. Vendors are set up, inventory is fresh, and the floor is quiet. On mega weekends, only the Golden Ticket Weekend Pass includes 9 AM early admission on either day.

Tickets are non-refundable, but they're transferable. The QR works for whoever shows up with it. Reach out before the show if there's an issue and we'll do what we can.

After purchase you'll get a unique QR code on the success page (and emailed when wired up). Show it on your phone. Staff scans it once at entry and hands you a wristband. One wristband per ticket.

Monthly: yes, your wristband is your re-entry. At the mega weekend, the Saturday show floor clears between blocks: GA - Morning holders sweep out at 1 PM, GA - Afternoon holders enter at 2 PM, and the after-hours TCG Social opens at 8 PM. To stay on the floor through both blocks, buy Saturday All Shows, the Two-Day Pass, or the Golden Ticket Weekend Pass. The TCG Social itself is free with any show badge, no separate ticket.

Cash and a debit/credit card (vendors take both). A backpack or tote for hauls. Sleeves and toploaders if you're hunting raw singles. Most vendors have supplies on hand if you forget.

Yes. Most vendors buy at the table, so bring your binder or a stack and walk the floor. Make a few offers, take the best one.

Featured grading partners come and go per show. Check the lineup on the event page closer to the date.

Slabs, singles, and sealed product for Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Riftbound, and more. Standard tables and an artist row, plus a featured anchor at the mega weekends.

Use the vendor application. Standard and artist tables for the monthly, plus a single weekend rate for the mega weekend. Reviewed on a rolling basis.

Two vendor badges per table for the show. If you buy multiple tables, badges scale with them. Four tables, eight badges.

Table-fee cancellations are on a sliding scale, based on how far ahead of show day you cancel:

• More than 3 weeks out (21+ days): Full refund of your table fee.
• 2 to 3 weeks out (14–21 days): 50% refund — you forfeit half the table fee.
• 1 to 2 weeks out (7–14 days): No refund, unless we fill your space — then we refund 50%.
• Under 1 week, no-shows, and any request after the show: No refund. No exceptions.

Yes. Hashtag Gaming Arena has the Battle Bar (beer and wine) for monthly shows. Mega weekends have a food cart with food and drinks in the Ballroom Foyer.

Yes. Bring a valid government ID if you plan to drink. The bar IDs at the point of pour, not the door.

Yes. Kids 10 and under are free at monthly shows with a paying adult; older kids buy a regular ticket. The TCG Social (Saturday 8–10 PM at mega weekends) is 21+.

At the monthly show, yes, the aisles are wide enough. At the mega weekend, strollers are welcome but the floor gets dense by mid-Saturday; a baby carrier is often easier.

Free self-parking at both venues. Hashtag Gaming Arena has surface parking on site. The mega-weekend hotel will have self-parking too. Details when the venue is locked.

Dulles (IAD) is the closest, about 10 minutes from the arena and near most local Fairfax County hotels. Reagan (DCA) is ~30 minutes; BWI ~50 minutes.
