Rooms in the same building as the show floor, booked through us. Taxes included, nothing added at the front desk.
Book a roomSaturday 8 to 10 PM in the Hotel Courtyard (weather permitting). Music, drinks, and a select vendor crew with cultivated product offerings. Free with any weekend badge, so a Sunday ticket gets you in on Saturday night. 21+ to drink, IDs checked.
Cash bar, cash only. No food. Bring cash for the bar.
Children under 12 get in free with a paying adult, at every show. They do not need a ticket. That covers all three days of the weekend.

What’s in the weekend?Open
Saturday. The show opens at 9 AM for Golden Ticket holders, 10 AM for General Admission. The floor runs in the Grand Ballroom + Ballroom Foyer. Two ticketed show blocks through the day, the hotel restaurant open for lunch and dinner, and a free Saturday-night TCG Social and Night Market in the Hotel Courtyard, open to any weekend badge holder.
Sunday. One closing show, 9 AM through 3 PM. Out-of-market collectors stay on-property.
Reserve slabs, sealed, and singles from the floor’s vendors at live prices, before the show opens. Preview the inventory now and walk in with a hit list.

Checkout is hosted by Stripe. After purchase you get a confirmation email with a QR code for door check-in. Staff scan it once and hand you a wristband. Lost it? conventions@hashtagarena.com.
